What are Hubs and Labs?
In terms of network technology, a Hub refers to network nodes to which the signals of all devices which are connected to it run. In this figurative sense, the YOGA-Hub is the space where we all connect, share and co-create. This is not about everyone knowing everything or the same thing. No, on the contrary, the richness of the Hub is to gather as much diverse knowledge as possible and make it collectively useful: About how we can engage, change and improve the world with our yoga and mindfulness practices.
Labs stands for laboratories. They are small working groups on specific topics. While the Hub focuses on the exchange of knowledge about what, how and why, the Yo.labs are about letting ideas become practical, experimenting with them and experiencing in a very practical way what can happen through unbiased making, showing ourselves to each other and opening up to each other. Yo.Labs are about practicing connection with yourself and with the group in a very concrete way. It's about practicing and learning together while doing, about experience and exchange, and about developing new ideas.
Here are the basic principles for participating in one of our labs.
We are also happy to support you with the initiation of a Yo.lab in your yoga group or yoga studio.

We give our working time openly and from the heart.
The confidence of being supported by the community is greater than the fear of not having our basic needs met by money.
Many small circles of trust draw big circles. It is not about reaching ALL. It is about opening up the space for many to connect with each other in small circles of trust.
